Appointment of Directors

At its meeting on 22 October 2005 the Council of the Talyllyn Railway Preservation Society appointed Messrs. P P Austin, D J Mitchell and C K Theobald as Directors of Talyllyn Holdings Ltd who, in accordance with custom, were also elected as Directors of the Talyllyn Railway Company, Mr C K Theobald as Chairman of the Directors and Mr J A V Smallwood as a further Director of Talyllyn Holdings Ltd.
